Upgrade to fibre date passed and no router received

I upgraded to fibre broadband last week and received an email that this service will start on the 11th February.

My new hub two router has yet to arrive so assume, like many other posts I have read, that this date has changed. 

Can someone update me?

Hiya @lisa79, thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you and for that you haven't yet had an update.

 

I have had a check of the order and it looks like this is due to complete on the 17th. I've manually ordered the router now for you.
