Like several other users, I've upgrade from Unlimited Fibre to Unlimited Fibre Extra, but haven't seen a speed increase, despite PlusNet and DSL checkers saying I should see a large increase from 36Mb/s to around 72Mb/s. I've had the email saying that the upgrade is complete, but the speed remains constant. I've restart the router and waited several days in case it needs to train. I also have the correct PlusNet Hub One router, software version 220.127.116.11.83.8.263.
Other posters have found the order hasn't been placed with PlusNet's suppliers. Can PlusNet confirm that the configuration change has been requested of the supplier?
