A couple of weeks ago we finally got the nod from BT that Our village has finally been upgraded to fibre.
Went online to upgrade my account and the same day and got the automated email saying upgrade would be carried out on the 29th september. New router ordered and payed for postage.
That's the last i've heard!! No further communication,
Spent hours on the phone trying to get though and sent dozens of DM to the twitter address but no response.
Since heard that the cabinet is full and BT are not allowing new users, although you can still order via BT?
Anyone got any suggestions of how i can
1. Get in touch with anyone from plusnet to find out whats happing to the upgrade
2. Can A cabinet be full the same day it is opened ?
3. If it is full, how can you get it expanded?

I've looked into this and I can confirm the original order placed failed due to the capacity issue you mentioned.
