Upgrade to Fibre

I placed an order last week to move from broadband to fibre as the speeds were so dismal. I paid for router delivery that hasn’t turned up even though the email I received said the change would take effect today. I’m worried because I’ve already had 1 day without internet when I switched to plusnet initally and WFH means I can’t afford for this to happen again!
