Upgrade to Fibre

I noticed on another post that someone else who is due to be upgraded to fibre on Monday 6th March has received their router. I keep contacting Plusnet and all they say is that I will receive it before Monday. Is this usual to still be waiting for a Hub 1 so close to upgrade date? Thanks in advance

Hello and welcome to the community,

Routers are dispatched automatically once the broadband order is in the works and usually arrives within the following 3-5 working days. If you'd like to drop my a private message with your username in however I'll check your account and make sure everything going ahead as intended.
