Upgrade to Fibre

I signed up for an upgrade to Fibre as my current download speed is very low at between 0.9 and 2.9 mb/sec.

I have had my new router for 2 weeks but the upgrade seems to be stuck in the system between cancelling and re-ordering.

I had been told last week there was a problem in the Exchange but today the question is on hold yet again till Thursday.

Please can somebody help.
