Can anyone answer how long the timescales are from upgrading from normal broadband to fibre. It's been 8 days so far, I've received my new router but no further information.
Put your phone number in here. Read through and look for a reference to an open order and a completion date. This is the date that Openreach have currently programmed to do the work.
