Upgrade request 24 days ago - please put back how it was!
Following many hours on the phone and taking time off work for an Openreach visit that never happened I would be grateful if you could put me in the position I was in before I thought of upgrading - with working broadband (not fibre) and a working phone line.
Open tickets are not receiving replies - what do I have to do - beg?

sorry to learn about your issue if you bear with the plusnet staff on the forum they will be able to help you further however bear in mind that been a bank holiday weekend it may take slightly longer for someone to pick up your post
