Upgrade hasn’t gone through

I upgraded from unlimited fibre to unlimited fibre extra on 26th Jan and was told it would be in place by the following day. It’s now the middle of March and it still hasn’t been switched over to fibre extra and I’m still being charged the old amount. Do these things usually take this long? Phoning up is such a hassle due to my working hours and other commitments.
