Requested a upgrade from adsl to fibre and plusnet have switched off my adsl, said that they have regraded me, all prior to my new router arriving and BT openreach engineer attending!
No appointment made for engineer so I am left without internet, I thought staying with Plusnet would have reduced the changes of this happening, time to go elsewhere?
Anyone else had this issue and how long did it take for them to sort?

With regards to the engineering work, this would've just been completed at the cabinet.
They don't need to visit your property.
