Upgrade from Unlimited Fibre to Unlimited Fibre Extra

I ordered a fibre upgrade on Monday 11th. I was expecting the service change yesterday, but I am still on the 40/2 service.

How long does it take for the change for happen?, and when is the new modem dispatched?

It only took 24 hours to invoice me for the upgrade.

Hi there,

The initial order showed an error so I've had to manually place that now, it's due to complete tomorrow. The router is also ordered and should arrive in the next few days.
