Upgrade from ADSL to FTTC

Good afternoon
I have recently requested an upgrade from ADSL to VDSL, I have not requested a Plusnet router.

The date for activation is the 11/3, should i get some notifaction from Plusnet to confirm the new service is activated?

The last email I received was to tell me it would be going live on the 11/3.

From what I can see your upgrade has completed and everything is testing okay on our end.
