Upgrade ADSL to Fibre

Just before the end of my contract with Plusnet I decided to upgrade to Fibre. This upgrade should have happened 30th March but it hasn't and I have had no contact from Plusnet other than a) sending me a new router which I have installed and b) received billing info that I am now paying the default increased cost of ADSL per month. Customer Services not answering the telephone so it is impossible to know what is going on. I can accept a delay but they should have a way of telling customers what is going on.
