Don't want to be a pain but so far its been a bit of a palaver. Haven't received many updates other than when calling via phone (and the ticket that is open, not that much of it makes sense).
If going by worse case scenario, 4 days for phone activation, 7 days for broadband activation, my broadband should go live today, however, last time I called, I got told an additional 10 working days due to order being cancelled and getting stuck and all sorts. Not sure what is causing such an issue but I am now having to spend money I shouldn't have to just so that I can have some form of internet (mobile data) at home.
So please, could I get any form of update to say when or if I am ever going to get broadband?
