Update on my order progress?
Hey, Been around 4 weeks since my order and only thing that is complete is the phone line, no engineer has been round or router delivered, Just wondering if there is an issue or anything

I had a similar situation - ordered a month ago and all I have received so far is emails saying it's all sorted, but no router arrived, no explanation.
Spent hours on the phone to them and chat and have now just had a router re-sent apparently - though I will believe it when it arrives!
