Update on Phone and broadband order

I was due to have services installed last week. I first got an email to state the order was cancelled due to incorrect details being passed to the engineer but then received a further email stating that there has been a delay and that Plusnet will be in touch once there are more details. Which of these is actually correct? And what is the next step and timeframe for the services to be installed?
