I've been having a back and forth with plusnet now for about a week and it's still not clear when my broadband will be working. I notified plusnet I would be moving house about a month ago. I was told i would get an update on friday (yesterday) but still haven't heard anything. It seems to be a running theme that I'm promised a phonecall or email but dont actually receive anything, have to phone up myself and wait on the line for an hour to speak to someone and then am told there will be further delays....
