Untracked cashback - TopCashback

Hi there,
I signed up directly via TopCashback and completed the order immediately, however it has not tracked.
I do not want to lapse the cancellation period as I may need to cancel and do it again.
Please could my account be checked to see if it has correctly registered as the top cashback affiliate referral?

Hi @BrandonD, thanks for getting in touch and welcome to our Community Forums.
I can confirm when checking over your account it looks like the sign up code used on your account  is associated with an affiliate cashback offer. I'd advise then heading over to TopCashbback as it looks like the cashback reward is one which would be honoured by the affiliate in this case.

Ahh thanks Ben, I'll give them a try directly again.
I was only concerned as i didn't want the cashback claim to be reject by Plusnet, thank you for checking 👍
