Phone line was activated on 6th, after a switch from BT, and a message I received spoke about broadband possibly starting later.
Just curious what is the sort of time I should expect to wait for broadband activation, I looked at some posts on here and I don't know if I'm waiting for an engineer to twiddle some cables at a board nearby, or someone to flick a magic button.
Also in my plusnet account page there are four automated "questions" from me to support that appear to be financial related scripts.

It looks like the account had become stuck and was trying to generate a payment of a negative amount however I've manually overridden this and activated your account so you should be able to get online now.
