Unlimited fibre order

Hi, I am trying to upgrade my broadband.  I have received an email from you saying the upgrade will happen on 26th Feb.  When I check the progress it says that the new modem has not yet been sent. Am I in danger of being unable to use my broadband on the 26th.

Sorry for any confusion on our part. The service is actually due to upgrade on 6/3/18. 

 

I've checked your account and order and everything's progressing fine to go ahead for then.

There is still no sign of a router turning up.

Routers are sent at the last possible moment just to increase user's stress levels.Smiley
