Me and my partner upgraded on Sunday and went live on Tuesday 4th December.
Our Internet speed has stayed solid at 13mb/s and hasn't moved at all since that date.
I was told to wait 10 days after going live till it does something to level it out or whatever, but i'm growing concerned their's an issue due to it not moving in speed up or down at all. It's as if NOTHING is happening and now i'm worried the router might be faulty or the line?.
I'm not blaming Plusnet for anything, but more feedback to their customers would help.
We are really sorry to hear that your speed has not improved after moving to fibre. We can see that the drops are still persisting and that our supplier would like to arrange for an engineer visit to investigate further.
