Unlimited fibre extra order

Hi I have just received an email saying migration to unlimited fibre extra is complete but I am still on adsl. When will I be swapped over to Fibre ? I don’t want to pay the extra cost until I have been swapped over.

Fibre isn't active yet but the service is due to be before the end of today. 

Have you received your new router?
