Unlimited Fibre to Unlimited Fibre Extra - Process

Purely out of interest, how is a move from Unlimited Fibre (40/10) to Unlimited Fibre Extra (80/20) achieved.

 

Does Plusnet flick a switch?

Do Openreach send an engineer to the exchange?

Do Openreach send an engineer to the cabinet?

None of the above, PN send an order to BTW who re-configure the port.

@1066_1066 It's just a back office configuration change by BT Wholesale, no physical hardware change required, normally done within 24 hrs of Plusnet ordering it.
