Hi

I received an email yesterday to indicate my upload speed has been changed to reflect my upgrade. However, a speed test indicated my download speed is still operating around 12mb. The switch should have been completed yesterday apparently so any idea when I should start to see the appropriate download speeds take effect

Your profile on our end didn't update till last night.

If you reboot the router your speeds should pick up.
