I joined Plusnet on 27th April, I didn't receive my router until 4th June, after numerous phone calls, and as of yet have not been switched to Plusnet from my current provider. The broadband order tracker states that my line is still being checked, I am getting very frustrated with this as it's been going on for over 3 months, I was under the impression that I would be up and running within 3 weeks!!!
Sorry for the problems with the order. I've just been digging in to this and the original order we placed was rejected as there was no capacity available. Normally we'd pick this up and get in touch, so I'm very sorry this hasn't happened.
I've checked and there is capacity available now, so I've put the orders through. We should be able to confirm the transfer date within the next 24 hours to you. I've got a note to check back on this tomorrow and let you know.
