Unlimited Fibre Extra recontract - Plusnet Hub One not delivered

Good day. I recently signed up to Unlimited Fibre Extra and requested a replacement modem/router, but have not received the device yet. Order date: 17 July, Activation Date: 27 July, Modem order number: HW57623987. Can someone look into the status of this order and provide a delivery date? Thanks.

Thanks for getting in touch. I can see that activation of new contract was delayed as per this ticket.
