I placed an order for unlimited fibre extra on Saturday. Created a user name etc. Approved the payment to be taken from my bank account, I have only received an email to confirm the Plusnet contract summary and pre-contract information, but no email order confirmation received.
When I attempt to log into my account with my new username i chose or my email address, it suggests that there is no username registered. How do I check if my order has gone through, as i've initially booked an engineer appointment for 6th January.
This ticket can now be closed. Finally got through to an extremely helpful agent, who found no order for my premises. So I started again and hey presto, order confirmation received in the form of an email.
