Ordered broadband, waited longer then promised for engineer and router but as everything got connect I received a fantastic message from "plusnet" saying " Unfortunately, there's has been a delay to your phone line order. We'll contact you again when we have more details. "
So it has been almost a week since that delay started. It's impossible to contact customer service. What should I do? Just wait? Forever? Couldn't even ask when my billing day starts, because if it's starts before they will activate my internet that's straight up scam.
