Unexplained 'Problem with my order' after waiting 13 days

I signed up to Plusnet 13 days ago and just received an email yesterday saying 'There's been a problem with processing your broadband order.'

 

No more info... am I just supposed to wait? As I thought it would take 10 days to set up and I have already paid for my first month. I'm loathe to call them for support as all the messages on the forum suggest it will take me hours and I'm incredibly busy.
