Are you referring to a mobile or broadband account and do you get any particular error? It may also be worth clearing cache and cookies from your web browser or go into private browsing mode. Let us know how you get on Smiley

Fix

Broadband portal, kept giving the error username or passwered incorrect.

All sorted now, CS sorted it.
