Trying to sign up for fibre but when does the contract start?

I'm trying to sign up for fibre, but at no point it's asking me when do I want it to be installed. Do you just sign up and hope for the best? I don't want the contract to start from today, but if I pay the landline in advance, can I still choose when do I want my contract to start? I have a month left with a different provider so I don't need it to start right now.

Hi there.

Your contract term would start from when the first of your services go live, which is usually the phone service.

While you can't choose your transfer date at the time of signing up, if you let us know we'll be happy to amend the date for you.
