I am due to have an Engineer visit my home to sort out my phone line and install broadband on Tuesday. I have no idea if this will be going ahead. In any case, I am self-isolating away from home so will not be able to let anyone in on that date.
I have tried calling the number I was given at the time, but cannot get through to anyone at all. Live chat on the website also gets me nowhere.
How do I change the date for an engineers visit? Or at least postpone for now until the lockdown period is coming to an end?
