My service went live on 14 September. Till today, I still have not received my router. In work from home situation, this experience is nothing short of traumatic.
I have no internet at home and as a result had to take 2 days off work because borrowing my neighbour's connection was insufficient for us.
They said they would send it again, and that it will most likely arrive the next day. Guess what, it didn't.
At this point, I've spoken to customer service enough to know that it's not their fault. Some of them really try their best. But the company processes really need revamping.

I just got my router. Phew. I guess plusnet customer service is pretty good after all!
