Transfer to plusnet on 6th March .... or not?

I scheduled my transfer back to Plusnet on 5th Feb for the 6th March and have heard nothiing, how can I find out what is happening?

Thanks for getting in contact, sorry to hear you have not received any communication from us. I can see the order is showing as complete and your account details have been updated. If you have not plugged your router in I would advise to pop it in now and you should be able to connect to the internet shortly.
