Transfer from Talktalk to plusnet not completed

I was expecting to transfer from Talktalk to plusnet on 2/7/21. Apparently it didn’t complete due to some issue with the number port process. I spoke to customer services yesterday and was told I’d get a call back within 24 hours but haven’t had anything. This isn’t the best start….. I’d really like to know what’s going on with my order.

I'm really sorry for the delay with your order. I've chased this up with Openreach, and I'm advised the number port was cancelled in their systems so they've had to resubmit it. I've escalated this so we can get the order completed asap. I'll provide an update as soon as I know more which should be before the close of play tomorrow.
