Transfer from BT to Plusnet no broadband

Hi, im posting this message for my niece.

 

She ordered broadband and a phone transfer from BT to plusnet, the phone has today moved to plusnet, however as yet no broadband.

 

I know broadband can take up until midnight, however, i have just logged into the customer portal, and it is showing this:

 

Checking your line

We've found a potential problem on your telephone line.

We'll look into this and will be in contact with you shortly.

 

 

 

Is the broadband going to switched over today, ive no idea when this was added to the cutomer portal, she has 4 kids who need the broadband to do homework etc.

 

Her user name is  [Removed]

hi thanks for moving the thread tot he correct section.

 

Now you have removed the username how is anyone going to be able to help to see what is going on with her account, no one at plusnet will know what account to look at or can the staff still see it???

The staff have access to an area where it's been removed to, away from public eyes Smiley
