Transfer failed

Just want to raise an issue here.

The transfer between Nowtv and Plusnet broadband has failed. I called Nowtv who stated that it failed on the 18th of march yet I wasn't updated.

Nowtv are stating that it is because of an error stating 'no matching broadband provider'

I have replaced the transfer order.

Could this be looked into. I am without Internet for 10 days tops and work from home.

Anyone have anything similar? Were you given a reason for this?

Hi @Eqofriendly and thanks for joining us, I'm really sorry that there was an issue with your orders. I've just checked your account and it looks like you've called in this morning and we've placed new orders for you. As you're transferring to us it shouldn't mean that you're left without a working service at the moment though so it would be worth querying that with your current provider.
