Transfer day today, phone transferred earlier but now gone off

I'm transferring phone & fibre from Now TV to Plusnet. Transfer is today.

On order tracking the phone line was switched very early and was ready to use & working at 5:30am.

Broadband though has not worked all day and tracking says it will transfer at some point today.

Now the phone line has gone off.

Any ideas what should happen next?

@Phil99 Welcome to the forums. From what you say, I'm guessing the Fibre connection is being made currently. It is a manual process, in that an engineer has to make changes in the Fibre cab - although I don't get why your phone has gone off - you may be down for a couple of hours (or less).
