When signing up I selected the move to happen on the 29th, as that then falls outside of the minimum terms of my existing contract with Vodafone and no one will be working from home on that day.
But the correspondence I'm getting from Plusnet seems to indicate the move is happening on the 19th.
I've raised a support ticket in the Help centre - 3 days ago and heard nothing
The online chat is never available
I called twice today - first time it was gone 9 and it said no one could take my call and hung up, the second time I was on hold for more than 30 mins and gave up.
I'm quite concerned about my move to Plusnet. Is this customer service typical or exceptional? How do I get the transfer date moved?
