Too many routers

I have not ordered a new router but a new one has arrived but not addressed to me. It has a name on it that has never lived here. It is the second time this has happened and the last one was addressed to the same person. I have just tried to ring and been told that I could have up to 1 hour wait!!!! I have an order number on the parcel. Can't be bothered sending it back

I’d offer PlusNet to send them back if they post you a returns bag, so you don’t have
to pay and leave them unopened so PlusNet can reuse them when they get them back.

Sounds like there is an error on their systems, which they’ll need to investigate.
