Hello there,

Sorry to see you don't have your due refund yet.

I've just done that now so the funds should reach your account within the next 10 working days.

Dear RF_Engineer,

This is to confirm I have now arranged for your order to be cancelled.

Today, 5 June 18, I received a letter in the post headed: "Welcome to Plusnet"

"Now that you've signed up we've started getting your services ready for you...."

 [-Censored-] ? ?  ?

Re: Ticket #175259135 - Refund required please

Glad to hear you've received your refund.

Looks like there might have been a delay in sending out the welcome letter, I'd recommend ignoring it.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role within Plusnet.
