As above, it just wouldnt let me do ot, on two different browsers, went to blank white screen, too late to ring tonigh. After being informed that i couldn't have F/F a couple of weeks ago, and then found out i could, all this is very dismaying..

Have you been a Plusnet customer before at the same address?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
