I have created a broadband order on 19th June. But no sooner did I place my order, I received an email stating "There's been a problem with processing your broadband order."
I've tried to reach out to plusnet by calling on their number: 0800 432 0200. But I wasn't able to get through even after staying on the line for a long time. Could somebody advise what needs to be done?
