I got his message on Friday afternoon. The full text in the support ticket is
"There's been a problem progressing your broadband order.We'll get some more information on the problem and update this ticket with details as soon as we have them.[internal note]Check status in Install Diary and progress."
Live chat is always busy so I've given up trying that. Does anyone know what this means. Not a very good start.
