As you may (or may not) know, Plusnet are culling all of their business accounts and closing their email addresses.
I have opted to move instead to a Plusnet residential broadband account instead (since I no longer operate a business that it was once set up)
With the previous account, I'd built up a modest amount of discount due to customer referrals - for the best part of a decade I would religiously recommend PlusNet and even install and support their broadband installation as part of my service to customers.
So I was pretty cheesed off when Plusnet told me that, despite all that good work for them in the past, and despite them offering similar discounts for referrals on their residential package, that they would not be willing to transfer the referral credit over.
Would anyone like to comment, and more importantly, does anyone have contacts higher up within Plusnet who would be able to correct this miscarriage of justice?
