So it's now been 10 days. Speed fix should now have occurred but looks like it hasn't. Still getting only between 0.5mbps to 3mbps.

I have placed an order with Sky who have promised they will be able to provide upto 15mbps.

Plusnet have been unsuccessful in order to help me which is unfortunate. I will cancel first thing tomorrow.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

So I called up to cancel and after all the problems that I have had plusnet now want to charge me terminations fees. How cheeky?

I am appalled by this from plusnet.
