Hi joined up 3 days ago and my broadband is working fine. However in my members area most of the sections have ''unable to change......'' our system may be updating. I'm not seeing info about sports app which i'm considering.

I've just checked your account and it looks like this month's bill is still clearing which is likely to be the reason for that. That process usually takes around 5 working days so you should be able to access it soon.
