I'm expecting to be upgraded to fibre tomorrow but the new router has not arrived yet.
I have no emails about the change the 8th May, and there is no record of the change on my dashboard, just an error message saying -
"An error has occurred
You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress."
Can you tell me if the router been dispatched yet?
Do I need to worry about loosing my connection tomorrow if it is switched to fibre and I don't have a suitable router?
