Hmm, looks like the automatic setup isn't working. Can you try following this guide and let me know how you get on please?

 

1. Open an internet browser and type http://192.168.1.254 into the address bar
2. Press the 'Enter' or 'Return' key
3. Click on 'Advanced Settings'
4. Enter the admin password, which is on the back of the router
5. Click on 'OK'
6. Click on 'Continue to Advanced Settings'
7. Click on 'Broadband'
8. Click on 'Disconnect' if necessary
9. Enter your broadband username, which is YourUsername@plusdsl.net
10. Enter your broadband password, which is the password you use with us
11. Click on 'Connect'

Crikey nothing works now i have done that

Phone says number is not recognised and the Router light has gone orange with a red 'b'

Passwords and Username are correct 

 

At the moment I have reset and the Router light is back to blue, but the Hub settings are

Broadband username: setup@plusdsl.net

 

and the Landline Phone is still not recognised

Looking into the orders, it seems that they haven't yet completed with our suppliers. Unsure as to why your account has activated prematurely. They are still in progress for today but this can happen at any point up to midnight.

Oh right, is it the same for the phone line not being recognised?

It's very likely as both the phone & fibre order are still in progress.

What shall I do about the Username and Password?

Shall I leave it at

 

Broadband username: setup@plusdsl.net

 

Or put my details in ready, although when I do that the Router light goes Orange

So when it is ready, will the light change to Blue and the red 'b' go off
