Switch to plusnet - Where are the update messages

I have a switch in progress, but its being delayed due to openreach installation.  Last time i called for an update, I was told I'm also being sent emails and can also find these messages on my account.

I got the initial sign up emails but nothing since (have also checked the spam folder), also I can't find where these might be in the member centre....

Can anyone help?  Otherwise I'll have to keep calling in for updates Sad

Fix

@Snaffalot login to the member centre and then go to https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search and then select 'Closed questions' from the drop down box.

Theres only normally a link to that page if you have Open questions but you can always use the link directly to view closed ones

Re: Switch to plusnet - Where are the update messages

Thanks! Treasure trove of info there, sadly more delays Sad

Strange that the questions I have a re open but I couldn't find a link to them through the member centre.  Also the noted mention that they have emailed me, but not sign anywhere in my emails.

Any idea what email address they send from?  I could try to add it to my safe list

Click the Notification Icon (top right)  on the member centre Home page , that should bring up a dialog box where one option is a link to Open questions.

Looking at an email from one of my 'tickets' (question) its coming from plusnet@comm.plus.net
